17. OUR ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT POLICY

1. Is to pursue clean premises through technological innovation, operational efficiencies, waste minimization, environmental monitoring and information feedback to management, and through out research.

2. Return unused extracted materials to the store in a manner that will facilitate future sustainable use of the area by employees, clients and sub-contractors.

3. Recognize the maintenance of cultural values of the environment as important considerations in sustainable development.

4. Promote re-use and recycling of products and by-products to maximize their utility to current and future generations.

5. Support activities to improve knowledge of the short- and long-term availability and use of resources.

 

 

Environmentally Responsible Company Ethic.

 

An environmental responsible company ethic will be implemented by showing management commitment, environmental management systems, and providing time and resources to demonstrate requirements of the ethic to employees and clients.

 

 

Administration

Administration procedures will include requirements for ensuring a Management Information System (MIS) is established and implemented.

The MIS will include a computerised service data base and provide accurate information required for internal management of administrative functions and external liaison with clients and the relevant business organisations. Information will include updates on key performance indicators required by these bodies, at the required intervals, as well as on Pinsento Logistics and Services cc performance indicators for its objectives.
